Our company’s flagship service. It allows two people who do not speak the same language to have a conversation without any problems, each in their own office or at home. After being contacted, our interpreter connects with the required person anywhere in the world (time zone permitting), and translates the conversation between the two people in real time. None of the three need to travel from their offices, home or hotel room. The service provides an instant response to clients’ needs for minimal costs. We were the first to offer this service on the market, and have been providing it since 1985.

We can provide you with a written translation after the telephone call
We develop an on-going relationship with our clients based on trust, which is crucial when dealing with sensitive matters such as finance, or delicate personal matters. After the phone call the client may need a written translation and later on an interpreter for business negotiations. The interpreter will always be the same person, and therefore will be familiar with the project and know all the details. Professionalism and confidentiality are a crucial part of this job. Available in just 24 hours
Telephone interpreting is available in English immediately, and by request in all other languages. The waiting time for other languages is between 2 and 24 hours.
The agency is open from 9 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. If the service is required in countries in a very different time zone from Italy, an appointment is made (for example, clients wishing to speak to Japan can make an appointment at 7.30 am Italian time).
